LAG Western-Harju in Estonia North-Western Estonia is a very rich, yet quite unknown tourism destination. It is comfortably situated in vicinity of Estonian capital Tallinn (half an hour to hour drive) and attracts mostly one-day or weekend visitors.

Region has a long and diverse Baltic Sea coastline, comprising of sandy, pebbly and marshy beaches, limestone plateaus and limestone cliffs as high as 25 meters. Nature lovers are also attracted by lakes, rivers, forests and marshes. There are numerous short and long distance hiking routes in area as well as good supply of camping and resting grounds.
